Back to news list MEPC Ltd has secured outline planning permission for a 500,000sqft office proposal as the next phase of the prestigious Callaghan Sq scheme which they have been developing over the last 10 years. This key City Centre scheme comprises 6 buildings ranging in height between 4 and 12 storeys and is designed to BREEAM Excellent standards. The development is estimated to create 2,300 full-time employment opportunities.
